I love the look of my Vossens, but the lips aren't perfect. They ding extremely easily. They seam to be a separate unit from the barrel. When you tap on them they sound really hollow. They also appear to have creases in them as well. They are very faint but are there. This is just the rear ones that are like this. The slimmer lip on the fronts don't seem to have any issues at all.

Personally I'm removing my recommendation. I thought these issues were because I bought them second hand, but I've read around the net of other people having the same issues. Hopefully they are fixing these issues with their newer lineup, but my 78's are not the greatest for their retail price. If I paid full retail I would probably be pissed, but I got a good deal on them with only a couple of months use on them.

If you want to get Vossen's then get them here on driver. We have a vender that looks to have the best prices around. I saw the thread about 6 months ago, so the deal might be gone.

 

Thought I would throw another picture in. I am having them repowder coated this week. I will update with the outcome when I get them back.

thank you guys for this thread seriously..... great lookin rides just goes to show that when things are done right it can look great! im just trying to catch up with alot of the ppl on this forum but heres my ride lr .. tenzo type m's with red stripe.dropped on tein zspec s-techs. love the look i think the offset is just right.. lol i live alone and on a super tight bugdet so 4k wheels isn't even close to an option.!
