Just a few pics. Got my plenum (Thanks TTrank!) and NRG strut bar powdercoated high gloss black. Black Samco Rad hoses should be in this week and re-painting the 350z cover jet black and a new infiniti logo is on order. I think it will look schweet when I'm finished..

I think that looks great! The pics don't do it justice. Mine was mostly black and CF for a while and it always looked better in person.

 

Thanks - the sanding job you did on the plenum really made the powdercoating come out glossy like l wanted.

I didn't paint the cover super glossy. I originally was going to make it glossy like the plenum but went with something that more matched the rest of the engine bay but still looked "shiny" and left the plenum and the bar really glossy. Painting that cover with the spray gun and air compressor was a real PITA. Took a while to get a good smooth finish on it.

 

I was thinking the same thing until I looked at the stock engine and then compared it to mine. Definately a big difference. Was just looking at it out in the garage with the hood up. Kinda cool - you actually don't see much engine detail in the dark but the emblem really stands out.
