What is it about grass that makes the car look so good

You ever notice that a car photographs good when it's sitting in the grass.

My old Jeep





Grass just makes it look better. Don't know what it is...

It looks out of place to me...maybe you like it because the grass is taller than concrete so cars look like they are lowered. The jeep looks ok.

It's also a subtle, non-repeating element that will reflect and can show off how clear the reflection is while hiding just about any imperfection in the paint.

If used properly, grass adds a nice touch..

on a side note..those painted headlights..
looks like a masked bank robber lol

Those appear to be overlays, not paint.

The G might look good on some green, trimmed grass but nothing can save that Volvo except a paper bag.

I find that the grass gives everything a green cast.
Not really a fan myself.
