Before.....AFTER....

Hey guys havent been on this for a while.. just posting a couple updates of my 06 DG G..


When i first got it..





Then.... after De-badge and tails.






Then it happend...
Got hit at a red light by a f150.. worst part is he nor I had insurance..Ya ya i know i HAVE to have insurance just didnt get around paying it for 2 months.. Shame on me.. Dont know what to do now advice would be great.. Still owe 17k on the car so far.I have been looking at a rear clip but thats as far as i got lol.. Here is the damage..

Too much work and sux that lot's of parts got damaged that just cant be replaced and have to be fixed.


OP. Looks like your only option is a law suit if you cant work it out with other driver.
sux that most states have a cap on small claim suits set at 5k.

wow that fkin sucks man, even without insurance if he was 100% at fault you should be able to take him to court and win no problem, especially if you have any witnesses.

i talked to like 3 lawyers and they dont want to take my case.. i think its cuz both parties didnt have insurance.. i have a police report and clearly driver at fault..

the hit was so hard it dragged me across the intersection.. and the clip where the seat belt sits on also broke.. and so did my seat... had pain on shoulder for a bit so ive been going to a chiropractor

Neither of you had insurance? Doesn't CA law require it? Guess that's a hard lesson to learn.

when you finance a car (at least thru any bank ive ever used) when there is a lein from the bank on the car, you HAVE to have insurance.

case-in-point, times like this situation you are in.

ya ive had insurance since i bought the car.. but slacked it for 2 months and didnt pay it.. back to the car.. think a rear clip would work? ive been looking at some and they range from 2k to 3k but im just wondering about putting that shyt on..

2,750 bones for the clip..
what yall think.. i would part everything else out but would still be stuck with loan.. at this point id rather fix it and stick with the loan and maybe sell it

that car is totalled and u still owe money on it.
fixing it would cost ALOT of money.

what would happen then?

Ive been reading about a voluntary repo but they say the bank would try to sell the car as is and deduct that from what i owe.. and i know it wont go for 17k lol
