I have like 2 grand - 3 grand for mods, I am also trying to figure out a way to install an ipod into the car without a harmon kardon. Since i heard the previous models of those somtimes release airbags. I might go with an aftermarket audio system.

2k-3k for mods?

Tint, lower it, and clear corners definitely. If you want an aftermarket system (might as well go with the AVIC systems) do a double din conversion with NAV. That will pretty much use up your 2k-3k.

the only problem you will have is negative camber and that will wear your tires fast...

 

That's how I got it, got stopped for speeding, and couldn't roll them down fast enough before he came up. I just paid the fine and kept them on though.
