45,000 Miles - Premium Service Necessary?

Is it necessary to get the premium maintenance service? i.e.,Transmission fluid, radiator flush, differential oil, etc.

Up to this point I have changed the engine oil, cabin and engine air filters and performed tire rotations.

What is the consensus here?

45K isn't a major milestone. Every 30K would be. At 45K, the only extra things besides oil and oil filter would be air filter, cabin filter, and rotate/balance tires.

So it is not necessary to change the transmission fluid and all the other stuff I mentioned above?
