Cigarette Lighter

I have an 04 coupe and Only one of the cigarette lighters works, and the charger in the console does not work either. Is there a fuse that I need to check if so which one. Any recommendations. Thank you.

Yeah I dont get it. I have tried to plug a few things it to them and none work.
