Steering wheel... extender?

So my problem is quite simple, I'm tall. and as such I have an interesting issue when trying to sit comfortable in my car, either my legs can be comfortable and relaxed with my arms desperately reaching forward barely able to grab the wheel, or my legs can be bent at an uncomfortable angle to allow my hands better control of the wheel.

What I was wondering is if there were some way to extend the wheel further from the dash than it currently goes, without disabling the power tilt& telescope and steering wheel controls?

Thanks for any help you can give.

I haven't heard of any products designed to do what you are looking for. Working for a dealer though I can tell you that unless there is a product made by the manufacturer there probably aren't going to be any dealers even willing to modify the steering system. It would be way to much of a liability situation. The Infiniti dealer I take my car to was so **** they noted the fact that I was using an Amsoil filter instead of the Nissan part. It wasn't any type of cold air system, just a regular filter in the stock box.
