I have a 2007 G35 sedan. Is there a way to get power from the cigarette adaptor with ignition off. I dont have the owner's manual so I'm not sure where to start looking. This is quite annoying because I can't charge my phone when the car is off. Is there some kind of switch to change to get power with ignition off?

nope, you would need to rewire the lighter.
