i was having the same problem with my window motor but i cleaned the carbon residue inside the little motor and now its like new.. well kinda

 

On my way to the dealership today, the window completely stopped working. I was surprised, as usually my luck has everything magically working when I have an appointment to get something fixed. They replaced the motor under warranty this afternoon.

 

what if window motor is switched and window still doesn't go up or down. Could it be a switch problem? i can still hear a click when pressing up or down on either driver and passenger switch for the passenger window.

 

i have the same problem on my 03 sedan on the passanger side. Ive had it since i bought the car which has been over a year but it hasnt really bothered me...

however, i would like to find a fix now cuz its starting to get a bit annoying.. lol

i've had that same issue on both widows had motors replaced and the motors can be reset
