same here, sometimes work, sometimes doesn't. Sometime could go down, but difficult to go up. I dun noe WTF is going on. I went to a shop to check , they told me the motor is broken. so i'm gonna find one and replace by myself. they told me, the labor cost like 2 hr. god damn like $120. go to hell
riflydon does your window go up and down when you click the button or does it not move at all? because mine moves just fine and the guys at infinity told me it was the motor.. something doesnt make sense.. seems more like a sensor or something..

If your window goes up and down easily, your motor is not broken. Try this.

NICE MAN!! i just did the motor reset and it fixed the problem! my auto up works correctly now! woot!! it was kinda hard finding the reset button but its being a sticker thats covering it. rest of the steps were EZ as Pie! thanks.
How much is that? is that mostly the motor are come with the regulator?
I've never had an issue with the regulator, just the motor. The price at autozone is about $175 and you get $40 back when you return the old one. It's really easy to replace. When you replace it, make sure the rubber seal between the door and the window does not have a gap. It should press against the window to prevent water from going inside the door. Water will kill a new motor in about 2-3 months. Your issue is the motor not the regulator.
