Ok I live in the south and i noticed when the weather changed and it got cold when ever i start my car in the morning it sounds like belts squeeking when i move the steering wheel. I check my power steering fluid and it was a lil low on the cold line so added more that was like a week ago. it only happens when my car is cold once it warms up nothing?????
