Unhappy Battery/ Electrical problems????

:confused2:
Dear Forumies,
I am new to this, so take it easy.
I have a 2005 Infiniti G35, (pretty sure its Rev-up motor too)
Anyways, i am having a problem with the battery im assuming....
here is the story, so i was out racing :driving: with some buddies and i had just shifted and i saw a bright blue light appear right around my hood, i fiqured it was just a light relection or somthing, so i continued to drive. Well we had pulled off the highway and onto a side street and parked. i turned the car off, then a couple minutes later i went to start it and a sparking noise, it was just a noise and nothing else and it only made the noise once, was made and it wouldnt start. so i poped the hood, wiggled the positive battery cable and then the lights came on and it started fine...and that was friday.
SO this morning, i went out to the garage to find my G making a clicking noise.....
i poped the hood and i hear the clicking noise come from the battery area, so i disconnect the positive cable, and it stops, wait a few seconds, put it back on and nothing, no lights, nothing. i couldnt start it...ive check some fuses by the battery area and they all seem good...
so i have new clue what this could be... :confused2:
Do u folks have an idea?
anything would be appreciated.
