My g35 is driving me mad as welll as the mechanics woking on it.yur feedback please.

Full moth now and my 2003 g35 coupe still in garage.it started from the day i brought it in to a local garage to rod out the radiator.got rid of my mare overheating problem. and then came my nightmare.an hour after i drve off from the garage,i drove at about 60miles per hour when my engine stated struggling,i took it in to the garage the next day and found out that the coilpacks were burnt. (3of them).they were replaced by some used coil packs.the car did start after replacement.i drove for half hour and then it just shut down.then same struggling sound and the same scent of electrical burning. Now after a month the mechanic thinks he has now found the problem.he said it was the computer (ecu).i sent to miami from jamaica.got a used computer, took it to him and he put it in the car.and tried to start it.it did not start.only to find that he did not even think he had to reset the computer.he took it to a more hightech garage where they reset the computer to the car. they tried to start it no start.i had to tell the the coil packs were burnt.they all showed evedent signs of burn except one.he later found out that the primary grounds(main grounds) wire was left off. This is what he said has caused the problem. Now he is saying that the other computer is now burnt because we tried to start the car with the grounds wire off. so it burnt the computer again.does this conclusion make sense.now i have to buy 6 coil packs and another computer:confused 2confused2confused2:

You need to get the car to a proper mechanic!

Yes leaving the main ground off can fry the coil packs, and possibly the driving output circuits on the ecu. Sounds like the new shop might know what they are doing. Have them fix it and make the other shop pay for it as they are the ones who likely left the ground off.

yup not properly grounded. take it to a good dealer, so that they could diagnose it.

O.k now.grouds has been connected.I got the computer along wth the six coil packs. the computer i got carried parts number of 23710 ac-400.The original was 23710-am608.can this wrk.in addition when he first plug it on,he got the error code u1001&p16fs only for starting mode, did not check the others.anyhow'he was instructed to clear the errors and try to program it.The program he is using is nissan software.well, when he tried, they clear but pops up back.anyhow he got it started. It's that normal for lots of error code to come up, adding that it came from another car? someone tell me if the ac400 computer is compatable.
