Rear Driving lights and tag light out, Help!!!

I was wondering if anyone had this problem before, recently my 3rd brake light when out, and now at night, the running brake lights are out as well? The brake lights work when brake petal is pressed and blinkers works but no running lights on the brakes. I checked all the fuses and they are fine, there is no power going to running brake light wires. I'm thinking maybe a relay but I have no manual, could anybody help???

Haven't been driving at night to avoid major ticket for tag, 3rd and running lights out.

Its a 03 g35 sedan, my audio tech friend checked fuses under front door panel and under hood, all seem to be fine, and tested power and bulbs with a power tester, and no current going to running bulb light and tag light for some reason??? any trunk relay switch or fuses any other location???

You can download the free service manual and look in there for a solution. I think it is on this site or myg37.com. good luck.
