I need some help - I recently moved to the UAE and took my 2007 G35 with me. Recently I discovered a problem with the car bucking during the first ten minutes (TSB ITB07-045a), which can be fixed using reprogramming of the ECM. However, Infiniti here said that they tried and because it is a US Spec car, they are unable to do anything with the data card, although they tried. To do it, it would have to be done in the US.

Can anyone advise on what can be done to get this fixed?

First of all there's no data card so I would suggest trying another dealer or contacting corporate.
