ticking noise

i just started hearing a ticking noise coming from what i think is the drivers front wheel..i no its deffinatly the front..the click speeds up as i accelerate and slows down as i break..its so quiet that i can only hear it when coasting..ive had the passanger side bearing and hub assembly replaced under warrenty about 10,000 miles ago but that was more of a humming and not a click..ive checked both front tires for rocks or nails etc.anyone have an idea..and if it is a bearing i can just replace the bearing and not the hub assembly correct?..im no longer under warrenty 2005 G35x
