U can look up the throttle body reset procedure.

 

since you have a scanner I would clear the codes and see which one comes back first. Check the ETC actuator relay since that is easy and it has a code for it (1124). Do the reset procedure and then see where you are at then. If you are still with a crank no start 1121 and 0223 point to the ETC actuator itself and I would have the dealer take a look at it to be sure before you go spending that kind of money without being sure.

If you can, have someone look at the throttle plate KOEO (key on engine off) and press the throttle a few times to be sure the throttle plate is moving

 

replace the etc. then perform APP learn (KOn3KOff10), then IAVL (KOn3KOff10 3 times), then you should be good to go........

 

What codes came back?
