Those are plugs that go to oil passages.

There is also one right near the oil pressure sensor above the oil pan, correct? Same function I would assume.

It's the same type of valve.

Out of curiousity, why do you want to know?
These should never be messed with!!!

Well, during the process of installing a turbokit, I had to remove the oil pressure sensor and place a fitting that will allow me to install the oil feel line to the turbo. While installing the fitting, it might have been overtightened so i saw a small crack that lead to that plug near the pressure sensor so now it leaks. I'm sure there is no fix for this and instead have to replace the 'upper' oil pan where this plug is located.

Well, that sucks. Your assesment is correct. You will have to fix this because it will only get worse. When you go back to installing the fitting in the new part, you need to use thread sealant and it does not have to be supper tight.

Another question, you mentioned these are plugs and valves, do these move at all while the engine is running?
