I have set of 255/40/18s General exclaim tires in the rear and 255/40/18s Nitto Invo tires in the front. i had 275/40/18s in the back but it got bald so i replaced it in to 255. anywayz, my question is is 225 better? or 235 better when my rear is 255? any traction difference? whats your suggestion? i'm looking for a best tire for corner grip.

The wider, the more grip. I have 245's all around to try for the most even handling between over and understeer.

 

i wonder why infiniti put 225s in the front and 245s in the back then.. which brand do you prefer for good front tires.
