Hello everybody, I have an 2004 g35x, has only 80,000 KM. And to tell you guys the truth, i RARELY drive it. I was in school before away from home for about 2 years and i barely got to drive it over the past 2 years. Its been sitting in my garage.

I got into an accident on Dec 11th 2011. It was not major, got tboned at a stop sign. (see picture)

i never really maintained it that much since we got it. Purchased the car in april 2008. Mostly did Oil change.

But for some reason now, the drive is OK but not the best. It feels different after the accident. And there is a weird smell coming from the left side where the car got hit. Feels like something is burning , kind of feels like im missing some kind of fluid,

My main question to you guys is what should i do? Also the paint is alittle off on the driver side door, how can i fix that?

I just need some advice on what to do and what i should do on making this car run smooth again as to its full potential. What car the main things i need to do to maintain it ?

Please help me out, i love this car,
(i have it lowered on Tein S tech springs)

your best bet to take it to your mechanic and let him take a look see. it will cost you like $30 if so much and he will notice stuff you may not if you don't want to spend the cash just take a look yourself, but from the pic it does not even look like anything that has fluid got hit or would be damaged you have the air intake there and the the mechanisms for the intake (sound baffels and stuff). look under the fender make sure nothing is rubbing against the dented in part IE your tire which may be the smell your gett is but on a general note your car has 80k plus miles and you never did anything other than oil so you need to change that you have to change tranni and diff fluid every 30k miles as well as the tramsfer case which awd cars have make sure coolant is at decent levels and just follow the maintenance schedule in the book some tlc is all she may need, hope this helps.

Check for coolant leaks and you probably need an alignment.

Take it to a professional repair shop and just have them take care of it if you have collision insurance.
