Grinding noise at front passenger side and pulls to the right.

Hi everyone
I'm a noob and just pick up an 04 coupe this week. The car looks really nice but it has a small problem, it makes a grinding noise and it sounds like it's coming from the front passenger side. Also, the car slightly pulls to the right. Is this because of out of alignment? Stock suspension is done? or is it just something simple? The previous owner just changed the rear rotors and pads. I checked the front rotors, they still look good. Please help, the noise really drives me crazy. Thanks in advance.

I think it could be:
1)need alignment.
2)need a new wheel bearing.
