Exclamation Help,,car wont start! :/ 2005 G35 coupe

Hi everyone, I am new to this forum and just encountered a problem with my 05 g35 coupe, manual transmission. I decided to change the spark plugs and before i started I followed a DIY spark plug threads and I went ahead and removed the battery cables negative and positive first then went ahead and removed the bolts to get to the spark plugs. I finished putting in the spark plugs and all bolts and went ahead and plugged the battery terminals but my car wont start now! :/ my battery is good because the radio, interior lights work fine, can anyone please help me out? I would really appreciate this so much, thanks.

Could you provide a better description of the car not starting? Does it crank at all?

Make sure all the spark plugs are gap right. You could have mix the coil packs with the wrong wire.
