Drove through a big puddle, bad idea

So I was driving last night and it was raining pretty bad, i was just going to the gas station and back which is a 5 minute drive but on the way there was a huge puddle and my 04 coupe barely made it through and after it was lugging alot so i drove it home carefully in 2nd the whole way. Today I decided to drive it up and down the block, the service engine light is on and when i was pulling it around the culdesac theres some snow on the side of the road that i hit and then i stalled and now my car wont turn on. No idea what to do.

So i was getting error codes po460 and po130 but i just let my car run for 20 minutes through some pretty rough shaking and finally it squealed and started up, couple days later its running fine, but i think my front license ripped off when i was going through the puddle and now i need a new plate bracket cause the holes for the screws are ripped

yeah just had to dry out, I drove through a section where water was to the bottom of the door, and check engine light came on, but dry off and it's fine now probably same type thing
