Last night as I parked my car outside the gym, I switched the head lights off got out and tried the lock the doors using my keyfob. Suddenly, the horn starts blaring thefog lights and sidemarkers turn on, and wont stop no matter which button I hit. Not intermittent horn but continuous. I got back in and turned the ignition to "on" and it all stopped. The lights (outside and inside) turned off and the horn stopped but I had the slip and vcd off light. When I turned the ignition to off, the fog/side/and interior dash lights turned on again. Finally I started the car, drove it to the next row of spots and parked and it was fine. When i started her up after I was done, she sputtered just a bit and then has been alright since.

I'm assuming the sputtering start was low fuel (i cannot trust my gas gauge anymore), since it was similar to when I had to unhook my line to do the in tank q-tip DIY but has anybody else experienced anything similar to this?

What the **** my car just went off twice. Second time it didn't want to respond to the disarm alarm. Horn stayed on till I turned on the car? Wtf! I watched the alarm go off for no damn reason...

 

Do you have a aftermarket alarm? Or was there one on there from a previous owner?

 

Have your door switches inspected. Check your hood switch as well, as this is usually the culpret.
