Headlight lens switch (foggy, Scratched, lens)

I have a 2003 G35 sedan

My headlight lenses are scratched and fogged up,

I've tried EVERYTHING!!! nothing seems to work

I was wondering, can I buy some cheap (non xenon) headlamps from ebay ($120 for the pair) and can i simply swap the lenses to my oem headlamps?

Is this possible?

I tried searching and nothing pops up.. PLEASE help!!!

The Ballast can be swapped, you can find a clean pair here on driver of 03-04 headlights.

Also, have you tried wet-sanding your lights? You would be amazed how well this makes things turn out!

So is the issue that they will never get clear again? It could also be on the inside!

Why would the inside get ruined?
Isnt the inside/outside the same material!!
What the hell i would do the inside if it s already ruined! And if it gets worst just wrap the headlights

Do not touch the inside of the lens. You will ruin it. If your lenses are "foggy," or oxidized, polish them. If they are really bad wets sand with 2000 grit, then polish.
