P1078 code

I have a SES light reading p1078. It's the EVT on bank 1.
So I replaced the sensor on the back of the motor, reset the ecu, and the code disappeared. 50 miles down the road it pops back on. I've read several threads about this code and I'm still kind of stumped. Anyone else had this issue after the sensor was replaced?
Any help will be appreciated, please don't send me a link to what the code is, I'm aware of what the code reads.

Thanks!

Which sensor did you replace? There are 2 sensors on the back of each head on your car. Make sure you didn't replace the sensor on the intake instead of the exhaust. The part number for the sensor you need is 23731-AL61A(should have a 45 degree angle for the plug in)
