2004 G35 Coupe Wont Start

Hey guys, I noticed that My G wont start when temperatures drop really low, like bellow 20-30 degrees. When i turn the key on I get a strong start but then the car revs really high then drops really low near zero and stalls out. It will only really start when I give it some gas. I also noticed today, that when it doesn't want to start the check engine light doesnt come on when I turn the key.

Not sure if its a Bad ECU, ignition switch, or if the throttle body needs to be reset.

Iv plugged the Snap-on Modis in and its really not telling me any codes so Im kinda stuck

Tough to help without seeing it, any vacuum leaks? Is the tube between the air filter and throttle body intact? Also check to make sure the coolant temp sensor is giving a fairly true reading on the modis, in data display find ECT or coolant temp. I live in Florida so I am doing my best LOL

I have this issue also when it hits -10 or (assumed) less.

I am gonna say that this car is not made for weather this cold and if this happens on the regular you may need a block heater.

if you have full synthetic oil, it won't freeze, you don't need a block heater.
we're -35C here sometimes -31F and i can park outdoors for 24 hrs without issues.

The car should start and run in those temperatures.
There is an issue with it.
Does the car run perfect when it's warmer?

Ya the car sometimes starts when it's cold but then doesn't start sometimes, it's kinda weird. The car has no problems at all when when the weathers nice.

I read this over again, and it's hard to help much without being there while it's doing this.
Can you keep it running with the gas pedal?
These cars sometimes won't idle if the mass airflow sensor is bad, but they are rarely intermittent. If it slowly stalls like it's running out of fuel I would try to get it to act up while checking fuel pressure too.
There is no chance the air intake is getting wet and freezing is there?. I'm from Florida so I don't know how bad ice gets.
