Where do i start on such an insane list??
i would invest in a some impact wrench if you are going to do suspension work..
$100 for wrench and about $50 in sockets and extensions..
totally worth the time and headache it'll save you...

Other way to reset it is to pay a dealer to use their consult tool. Sure the procedure is as little complicated, but at least it's free.
Let me know what it takes to fix the passenger seat. I've recently noticed the reclining portion on mine starting to stick, it goes down but doesn't always come up.

your seat issue is most likely the switch, I have replaced a few. You can take them apart and fix them sometimes if they aren't to burnt takes a little time and patients though.
