CEL code P0456
CEL code P0456
EVAP purge solenoid faulty
Canister vent solenoid faulty
Blocked vapor canister
Faulty evap pressure sensor
Loose or defective fuel cap
Of course I started with new fuel cap. Driven about 30 miles still the cel is on. Any ideas on next step?

I would next smoke test the system. I am a tech at an independent repair shop, so I work on a few Infinitis, not a lot though. So I would test them system. We have a smoke machine an scan equipment at work, which most do not have. I am able to activate the purge and vent solenoids with the scan too. Keep in mind you can not do this with a cheap code reader type tool. Any way this is probably how I would start testing assuming google or itan did not turn up common issues.
I would almost rule out Evap pressure sensor for this code , you have already replaced the fuel cap so we can rule that out. Purge solenoid is likely working because you have a SMALL leak. Vent is likely working too, because the leak is small. however I would test the vent solenoid. Without equipment, you would have to take it off. and use battery power and some jumper leads to actuate it. And you COULD suck on it to make sure its sealing. I have done this test and it passed and a vent solenoid still cured the car. So no test of a vent solenoid is 100% . look at all the evap hoses you can see, especially where they join , looking at the canister and all of the hoses around it . looking for cracks . if you cant see anything the next step would require closing the vent sol and smoke testing the system.

its in the rear of car on right side by exhaust, its a big box, the evap is attached to it. mine would throw one when i went to a certain gas station, seems like it would kick on when we used a cheaper gas like. but if we filled up with non-ethanol 93 it never came on. try disconnecting the vacuum line to the evap at the motor and the canister and gently blowing through the lines with an air hose, some times the evap box will fill up with charcoal deposits and the line will too and cause this annoying code to be set.
You know there was a recall back in the day for coupes and 350's for the evap hoses. I would go to your local dealer and see if the recall allowed or if it has been done. Has any work been done on the fuel tank? I've seen fuel pump and fuel sender I rings cause the light, and most common was the purge solenoid. Best way to test is to smoke the system though. Not 100% but best way to start diag. If take it to a dealer though. We hook it up to consult 2 or c3+ and watch the evap pressure sensor, pressurize system, and start to pinch hoses till it hold pressure. Once it holds pressure that's the route to the repair. No independent is going to have that knowledge and the secrets we have at an Infiniti dealer.
