"Engine Cont Inj" Fuse keeps blowing, car won't start

So I purchased my car almost a year ago, and the day I got it I was driving it around and was cruising down the street and my car completely died out. Towed it back to my house and found out I blew the 10 amp "Engine Cont. Inj" fuse. The car does NOT start when this fuse is blown, however everything else seems to work fine. Contacted the previous owner and he never had this problem. Took it to my local mechanics and he tested the resistance in all sorts of wires and checked for shorts, he found nothing. The car will not blow a 30amp fuse and will run but that doesn't fix the problem. Next I had the car towed about an hr away where a lot of the previous work was done. They re-soldered the injector connectors and the problem went away, they couldn't get the fuse to blow. I got the car back and drove it all summer and fall until the weather here in Buffalo got bad. The car has been sitting in the garage and ill start it up about every week. It was running about 5 days ago, went to start it again today and the fuse blew! Soooo I have no idea what it could be, I've checked most of the grounds and am at a total stand still. Has anyone ever heard or encountered this problem???

Please any help would be greatly appreciated!
