engine stand

I'm going to be putting a stick vq35de long block from a g35 on an engine stand but I was hoping someone could tell me what bolt sizes I'll need to go through the stand and into the engine. I've searched but can't seem to find this information anywhere. Thanks

I just use allthread and cut it to length. It's going to depend on YOUR engine stand since the length of the stubby pipe section varies from stand to stand.

Most of my stands I end up cutting those stubs off with a portaband, then making my own from 1/2" EMT since sometimes I need the engine closer or further from the stand depending on if it's still got a flex plate/flywheel installed, or if I want to just use the bellhousing bolts to attach it to the stand, etc.
