Belts Squeaking After Replacement

What's up guys. Recently changed the ac and alternator/power steering belts on my 2003 g35 coupe. 99% sure that the old belts were original from 03, as the car has less than 50k miles. Never heard a peep out of them. Decided to change them because the car just hit 12 years old. Now I have a squealing noise upon startup, that goes away after I drive off. Seems to be worse when the ac is on. Also happens periodically when steering is turned at a standstill. Do the belts need more tightening? They are tight as s*** already. Belt dressing? Pulleys? Again, it goes away after I drive off. Thanks!

The belts always stretch and need to be retightened after first application. No biggie.
