'03 G35 Coupe Won't start, no crank, no power AT ALL
Hey everyone, first post here.
Anyway yeah, 2003 G35 Coupe auto 145k, sometimes after I turn off my car, it just completely dies, windows dont go down when I open the doors, lights don't turn on, I put the key in a turn it and absolutely nothing happens, the gauges don't even light up, there is no power whatsoever. But then I wait about 30 minutes to an hour, and it starts up just fine, but it resets my trip and my radio everytime this happens.
I'm not too car savvy yet, so it's hard for me to diagnose what it could be, by myself. So sometimes it starts, so it started this morning and I took it to autozone to have them check the battery and they said the battery and alternator were just fine, so that rules that out..
Does anyone have any ideas of what it could be? Anything helps!
PS: All of the fuses are okay
Thanks,
Evan

here is your fix, 03 G35 Sedan
Part #: 24380-79913
This fusible link can be found attached to the Positive Battery Terminal on your Nissan. This holds vital fuses designed to protect your cars electrical system in the event of a dead short. Under normal conditions, your battery is designed to vent excess gasses to prevent pressure from building up on the plates. Unfortunately, this process allows harmful acids and gasses to reach the metals on top of the battery case, more specifically the battery terminals and fusible link. This causes a build up of corrosion which in short time can erode the metal terminal and reduce the terminals contact patch to the battery post causing no-start or hard start conditions.
