So my airbag light was blinking in a continuous pattern and I did the reset I saw on this forums and YouTube. The light still blinks but at a different pattern. It's not off for 2-3 seconds then on 2-3 seconds then off 2-3 seconds then 3 continuous blinks then it repeats the process. Anyone knows what is wrong?

 

theres a recall for this infiniti might fix for free. idk if its exactly ur issue but there is a recall for it google it

 

Hmm I checked infinti's recall and typed in my cars VIN and it says there isn't any for my specific car

 

You have no airbag protection in case of a crash

Here in NJ the vehicle would not pass state inspection

I have the same issue, does your horn and sterring wheel control work?

I have already bought the clockspring, just waiting to getting it installed, I'm sure that's what is causing the blinking (along with my horn not working and controls not working)

 

I'm in Georgia. But it's something I have to get it checked up on .

 

Everything on my steering wheel works. I bought the car about a month ago (first manual sport car). It has a minor dent on the passenger dash so that could be it. Not sure it had a clean title.

My light came on recently. Tried resets a couple of times that worked for a short period but the light kept returning. The problem was an old air freshener can under the passenger seat catching the airbag plug. A common problem for Zs as well.
