VERY odd blinker signal problem

my sunroof stopped working too what the hell is going on lmao
not gunna lie, recently discovered my car was doing the exact same thing but all my leds and electronics have been heavily modified but i dont currently have any headlights plugged in so i thought that might have been contributing to it

When i got the car a few days ago, it had ricey interior leds and underglow i had to pull all of it out hope i didnt fry anything doing that. Also has 2 radio things aswell as a security thing wired in plus the tein electronic suspension it is taxing the system bad

Stock G35
Hey i have an 04 G35 coupe i recently bought. When i signal left, it behaves normally. When i signal right, as the signal light blinks, the brake lights blink, and the dash and running lights dim on par with the signal light blinking. It seems to have possible aftermarket headlights and has a double din headunit with an aftermarket amp. Could i have a faulty ground somewhere? Why is my dash and climate control lights dimming with the headlights and the brake lights blinking. Thanks!!!
PLEASE tell me you figured this out??? I'm having the same exact issue
