Error Codes

Hey everyone I recently had to unclog my sunroof drains and de-flood my car. Of course the fuse box had been soaked and had alot of corrosion on the terminals so I got a new box. Before installing I put some dielectric grease on it before reconnecting the wires because they had some corrosion on a few of them as well. I installed a new battery as a drain had ruined the old. Now I am getting five error codes and three dashlights are on. Any suggestions?
error codes:
C1116 (ABS)
C1109 (ABS)
U1000 (ABS)
P1815 (TCM)
P0732 (TCM)
Dashlights:
Brake (the word brake only)
Battery ( pic of battery with + - I think this is my alternator)
Yellow triangle with exclamation point.
I have an 08 G35X

C1109, ABS actuator or control unit no power.

C1116, brake light circuit data not sent to ABS relay.

Do your brake lights work? If not it might just be a blown fuse for the circuit.

Dash brake light might be from the ABS relay/motor stuff.

P1815, manumatic switches on the shifter, ignore this for now it's a minor thing.

P0732, 2nd gear malfunction. How badly did the car flood? Was it submerged up to the floorboards or was your "flood" just contained to the battery tray drains?

Battery light on the dash means the car isn't charging. Have you inspected the fusible link on the battery (it's the positive battery post, it's also a fuse holder for the vehicle primary fuses that sends power to everything else like the IPDM).

I'm guessing your have blown or missing fuses, did you verify that the replacement IPDM had all the fuses in the same location, was it the correct IPDM you swapped?

Hey Shannon, I had a similar issue a few months ago with a lot of codes after the BRAKE and battery lights came on simultaneously. If those came on at the same time, and voltage is low, it is almost a guarantee that you need your alternator replaced, it is something that Infinitis do. When I had the alternator replaced, all of the check engine light codes went away as low voltage can often trigger several codes at once. However, since the car was flooded it's hard to tell if there may be more issues. I would start with having the alternator checked and replaced if necessary, clearing the codes, and seeing if they come back. If so there are more issues with the car.
