Can still rotate tires and honk horn when car is completely off.
Hey Guys,
I just replaced my Clock spring sensor in the steering not too long ago. Today I noticed after I installed a new battery because my last one mysteriously died on me. But to be fair it was a while before I last replaced it. But I noticed that the horn STILL HONKs when the car is off, and I can STILL ROTATE tires when the car is off and on.
I was having other issues with the car. I replaced so far, the thermostat sensor, thermostat, and radiator. I fixed those issues now the car will not START and the horn and steering wheel have problems also. Can anyone help me plz?

Horn and brake lights are always powered up.
The car will roll if you put the transmission in neutral, you're mechanically disconnecting it from the engine.
Sometimes a car will roll even in park if the parking pawl in the transmission has snapped off. Usually this occurs when people push a vehicle with another vehicle while it's in park.
