I am sorry someone might asked this before. I just want ask what kind (brand) of motor oil do you suggest ? The grade should be 5W-30. Is it correct? I am new owner of 04 G35 coupe with 6MT with 15k miles on it. Thanks!!!

I really like German Castrol 0w-30 myself.

 

i use Mobil1 silver cap.

 

Amsoil ASL 5W30 and Wix filters.

 

German castrol 0W30 and wix filter

 

Only Mobil 1 (5 W 30) and M-110 filters. I have 71K with NO OIL ISSUES.

 

Currently using Motul 8100 Eco. Motul 300V for hard driving.

 

Mobile 1 oil and filter...Costco value package FTW ($24.95)

That's a great deal, DIY for less than $25....Wow! Mobil 1 is great stuff but
I have moved on to Red Line synthetic 10W/30 because I live in a warm
climate area, and always buy K&N filters on line to save some $!

I live in Phoenix, it doesn't much warmer than here and I still run M1 (15w50).
