i finally got my revised shift boot today. what an amazing piece shift boot it adds a touch of class to the g35's. i'd highly recommend this shift boot to anyone.

locksmith is also a great person to work with. he even sent me a second boot to replace the first one. i just haven't had time to send it back to him... been stuck in meetings all days

now i just need to get a new shift ****..

anyways a man of his word.. awesome quality of material, fitment, and inexpensive mod

Morning BUMP

 

Hey Locksmith,

I bent the gear indicator piece on an 06 AT. Any ideas to solve this issue or should I just replace the bent piece and then get a boot?

 

Not to get too far off topic, but HOW did you manage that???

 

Underneath the console there are 2 screws holding the plate down, unscrew those and take off the plate and try to bend it back somehow. Not sure if that'll work but thats my only suggestion lol.
