I used black vinal on the taillights but I need to take that sh*t off to pass the recon. I got nailed on my recon...tint, no foam in front bumper support and alingment no later than 30 days old due to the car being lowered. Anyone know someone that can hook me up at the recon and sign off on it?

actually, you wouldnt pass safety check either... that's if they check.
