lighting problems

Hey... I just got an alarm installed... Im not sure what the heck is going on but it seems that the light in the glove compartment just doesnt go off when the headlights are on... even the parking lights... I never really noticed it before Im just wondering if you guys got any imput on what the prob could be

I don't quite understand what your are trying to say. If the glove compt. light is not turning off you might want to check to see if your sensor is broken. If this happened after your alarm install, I would have them check their install process and see if there could be anything causing your light problem. Good luck.
If you can figure out the problem, just take out the bulb. Worst case...

the glove box light is always on if the parking or headlights are on. there is no switch to tell it if it's open or closed. Kinda ghetto if you ask me, but that's the way it is.

hey same here to i dont have a alarm system but when i installed a double din my compartment light doesnt work too up to now it still doesnt work so i dont know it not important to me.yeah
