First the drivers side window was acting up. I would click the switch to roll the window up automatically and the window would roll up, once it rolled up all the way it would come back down half way. This wouldn't happen when the door is open though. I took the car in to the dealership and they replaced the driver's side window motor.

Next the passenger side window wouldn't roll up at all. Not to mention that I was stuck at work all day and the window was down while it was raining. I took the car in and they replaced the passenger side window motor.

Now the driver's side window is acting up again. I asked if this is a regular problem with the G and they said maybe there was a bad batch of motors that caused the problem. So my question is why is my window having the same problems as before? If it was a bad batch then the problem would reoccur after the motor was replaced?

Everything is stock on the car and there is no aftermarket alarm installed in the car so it can't be caused by faulty aftermarket installation......

Just wondering if anyone has had this problem also???

 

I have a prob on my drivers side window where i press it to go up from the fully down position and it goes up for an instance then back down. Its really minor though and just makes me have to press it again, nothing big like it getting stuck like yours.

 

i had the same problem with my windows. first the pass side so i took it to the dealer and they replaced the regulator (free under warranty) then about a month later the drivers one went out so they changed it. take it back to the dealer they will fix it free.

 

dude if you cars were the '03+ up models like mines then you guys gotta take it down they have choke *** recalls on the window actuators, the regulators, and the motor itself, i had mines replace last year, and the fual flex hose also, so keep updating with the infiniti dealership if anything talk to todd in the service dept. he'll give you the whole run down on the recalls.
