that's a polished lip right? if so don't worry you can easily take care of that in less then an hour.

first step use some 320grit wet sand paper and a solution of soapy water sand down till you see the scratches dissapear. it may take a while to get all the gouges out. it'll look like ****, but don't worry it's just fine surface scrathes and will polish out.

second step, use some 600 grit wet sand paper and do the same as above, this step should only take you a couple of minutes.

by now you should see that the surface is just hazy but all of the gouges are gone.

third step is to use a metal polish, ideal it to use the Mothers power ball mini, and power metal polish. this will take off all of the hazing and bring back that mirror like finish.

Finally, use Mothers Billet polish and a microfiber towel and do a final polishing by hand to get into the area that the power ball couldn't get to.

You're done, and it will look like new.

nope, can't do this at all. Work wheels are anodized clear coat. polishing these finishes causes burning.

I took my car in for 3 services and during those 3 services, I got all 4 rims damaged (during the 2nd visit) and 1 rim and a front lip scratched on my next visit. They ended up "replacing" the rims (being that they're OEM wheels) and replaced the front lip but not without a fight. I really "dread" having to take it in for my next visit coming up soon.
