Unhappy courtesy of dealership service dept.

Not just being rejected to do TSB from having true coilovers, thier driver hit the curve right in front of me.

i hope they cover for at least 75% of the wheel if not the full replacement. i only know Jason (service adv.), and he's cool. i remember folks telling us not to take your car in if you have wheels. hmm, who was that again?

man, that would make my genitals shribble up like crazed. sorry to hear big herb.

Question Ouch!

That's nasty ouch man!

Not to steal your thunder but I did similar thing this morning. The scratch is half as long and half as deep on my stock 19's... Rookie mistake - I'm just used to rolling right over the curb with my previous two trucks

QUESTION to those in the know: would the damage above be repairable? How about the damage pictured below (sorry for the crappy phone pic...) on my OEM 19's with about half the damage? I searched old postings but couldn't find any definitive answers? I'm assuming at least my wheel can be polished, but it would still have the grooves?

what kind of tsb did you go for? I gotta go in and get that rear clicking noise fixed. Only thing holding me back is 1) I have coilovers not a true one like yours though and 2) my rims.

Last month, my G was diagnose with rear clicking axle noise and parts were ordered.
Now I drop it off yesterday and I was told they only will do TSB only stock suspension. I went back soon to pick it up later in the afternoon.
Before giving me my G, the driver cruising it around thier parking with my volume up and parked it carelessly before handing me my keys.
I notify the service advisor right away.
I can still hear the grinding noise in my head.

Damn, I guess that's why they have that f*cked up sample wheel in front of the cashier's desk with a sign, "What to do if dealer f*cks up your rims" (not in exact wording)

I feel bad for you ... Did one of the "managers" look at it? When the dealership scraped my front lip I had to come back on a week day since none of the managers were in. From my experience, the dealership is good with taking responsibility for damage done ... just had to make several phone calls to remind them.
