CF Hood and shift ****

I'm looking for a new or used OEM CF Hood? any suggestion?
Oh and how do you take off a stock shift ****?

The stock shift **** is a b!tch to take off. Basically you have to sit there and turn it like you are going to die if you don't get it off or you can use a pair of vice grips.
