how do you get your front plate to screw into those perfect sized holes ? are there inserts for those ?

 

which screw? the 10mm that attaches to the black plastic, or the black screws that attaches the black plastic crap to the bumper? OR, lol......the white plastic screw things that go into the bumper? lolz. infiniti's......fricken joke auto.
