Ouch. It doesn't look like there's any scratches or paint damage.
Try a blow dryer. Sometimes you can LIGHTLY heat it and it will re-take it's original form. If you pull your bumper you can give it a little help to get back to shape.

yeah, you can do it that way but it won't be perfect...definitely take the bumper off and use a heat gun, not a blow dryer...
if you want it perfect, heat it up, push out the dent so at least you give it 1 skim coat on body filler, primer, then paint...

^ take off tailights (3 screw behind the trunk lining) and theres some clips and some screw back there, and pull off that black trunk plastic cover thingy. and then theres 1 or 2 screws in the wheel wells.
