I was just wondering if an optima battery is good( welpz dey say its the best ) but i dont have any sound system or amp i just have the stock system in my car. my battery is going already so i might have to pick up a new battery. any suggestion? if u guys say optima battery where can i get that. yeah i dont go out much coz im always working.

so let me know guys which on and where can i pick it up.

dont waste the money on the optima battery if you arent running high hp or an extensive sound system. i just got a new battery about a week ago from advance auto parts, and its working fine. my car hasnt started like this since it was brand new. it was 70 bucks i think.

 

Replace it with a Die Hard. If you don't have a big system, you don't need an Optima.

 

Got a SES warning and had my car looked at. IoH says the O2 sensor throwing the code is good, but could have been caused by low voltage. The short of it is I changed my battery as it's 3+ years old.

I paid out of pocket to do it early, but what they mentioned was that I could not get reimbursed under warranty (since I was replacing early)...........which leads me to, if the battery is going try to get it replaced with an oem product under warranty. You should be able to get a pro-rated replacement cost for a new battery.

 

get the braile battery. It's like the size of a motorcycle battery, which I assume would be light weight.
