coilovers vs springs

besides being able to adjust the ride height, are coilovers really that much better then springs. im talking about performance wise so lets take the price out of the equation. while im at it what else is good to make my suspension better? i was thinking about sway bars, shoots let me know.

Coilovers are height and usually dampening adjustable. If you are going to track your car or slam it its worth it. If not springs will do the job. Thats my opinion. Even with springs my car scrapes bad though.

Definitely get some sways. I put a set of hotchkis sway bars on about a month ago and my g felt like a completely different car . Cornering was definitely improved.
